I can't sign in

Make sure you are using the same method you signed up with (email, Apple, or Facebook). If you signed up with email, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen to get a reset link. If the link does not arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.

I want to change my display name or avatar

Open Profile → Edit profile in the app.

I want to delete my account and data

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account, learning progress, friendships, and messages. If you cannot reach that screen, email us from your account address and we will delete the account for you. Deleting your account does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel that separately (see below).

Super subscription

I paid but Super is not unlocked

Open the Super screen and tap Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, email us with the date of purchase and we will fix it.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the app store, not by us:

• iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → SuryoyoLearn.
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next renewal. You keep Super until the end of the period you already paid for.

I want a refund

Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment. On iOS, use reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use the Google Play order history. Email us if you need help with the request.

Learning and content

I ran out of hearts

Hearts regenerate over time on their own. You can also refill them instantly with gems from the shop, or remove the limit entirely with Super.

I found a mistake in a lesson or translation

Please tell us — Surayt spelling and dialect vary by region and we want to get it right. Email the lesson name and the item you think is wrong.

The AI tutor stopped replying

Free accounts get 10 chats with Ruh per day, and the counter resets each day. Super removes the cap, subject to fair use.
